THE FINE PRINT
By Purchasing a ticket the purchaser hereby agrees to hold harmless and indemnify, Camp PhuckIt, The PhuckIt Container and their members, assignees or designees of any and all liability that may occur due to the injury to the person(s), property and /or equipment participating in said event (The PhuckIt Container) sponsored by Camp PhuckIt, The PhuckIt Container and its members, assignees or designees. This waiver of liability, including all terms and conditions hereof, is expressly agreed to and constitutes the entire waiver of liability unless specified herein.
The purchaser understands there is no guarantee that The Phuckit Container will arrive in Miami on any specific date.
The purchaser understands that if they arrive at the Philadelphia or onsite load-in with more items than they have paid for, they agree to purchase extra space on The PhuckIt Container. Each item will be checked in compliance with tickets purchased by purchaser. If cargo size exceeds beyond what purchaser purchased, purchaser is required to purchase more space. If purchaser needs extra space, space will be available upon a first come first serve basis. There no guarantee of space availability beyond what is purchased prior to arrival.
The purchaser also states that he/she is physically capable of loading their items onto The PhuckIt Container.
The purchaser agrees that he or she has read all rules on The PhuckIt Container web page (HERE) and recognized he or she is responsible for being self reliant in learning about the details of load-in and load-out of The PhuckIt Container.
The purchaser understands that the contents of the container will be unloaded and placed in an area next to the container upon arrival onsite. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pick up, drop off and load in their belongings in a timely manner onsite as detailed in The PhuckIt Container web page.
The purchaser agrees to fully unload and reload their belongings as detailed in The PhuckIt Container. The purchaser takes full responsibility for their contents and shall not leave their contents onsite after the event. The container is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The purchaser agrees they have not packed anything on the container that is flammable at high heat, is destructive at high heat or is illegal. Failure to comply with this will result in confiscation of property belonging to purchaser, no refund in ticket, banning from future transportation with The PhuckIt Container, banning from future Camp PhuckIt and potential fines.
The organizers have the right to remove any participant who engages in conduct that creates a risk to the participant or others.
BY PURCHASING THIS ITEM YOU HAVE READ THE RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY PURCHASING SPACE, AND PURCHASED FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO YOU AND INTEND YOUR PURCHASE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
